West Coast Eagles supporters are getting nervous about the 2012 season, despite their round one clash against the Bulldogs being a few days away.

News emerged from the club today that touted forward Mark Nicoski suffered a set back in his recovery from a hamstring injury, and is now not expected to play before the late rounds of the season.

They are fast going the way of the Fremantle Dockers of 2011, with a string of injuries to key players like Nicoski, Mark LeCras, Quinten Lynch and Josh Kennedy giving the club a few nervous moments before the season starter in Melbourne.

The main question for Eagles fans now, is how much of an impact these injuries will have on the team in their aim to continue and improve on last year’s form.
