Fremantle Dockers v St Kilda Saints (APRIL 20, 2012)

FUNCTIONING FORWARDS: It is no secret that the Fremantle forward line has been less then impressive in the first three rounds, and this was especially evident last week against Brisbane where it was virtually impossible for the forwards to take a mark in front of goals. For the Dockers to win, they need to deliver a better ball for the forwards to mark.

HAYDEN BALLANTYNE: There is very little debate that Ballantyne will be straight back into the side after serving his two week suspension. The question now is whether the suspension has changed the way the little man plays or whether he is still going to be is normal, irritating self and get under the skin of a few of the St Kilda players, without getting into more trouble with the tribunal.

STEPHEN HILL: His battle to break the tag has been well established in the last year and he has again struggled with it in the last two games. Against arguably the league’s best tagger in Clint Jones, he needs to learn how to break it or else Lyon has to use him as a run with player to get him closer to the ball.
