Fremantle v Gold Coast (MAY 5, 2012)
PUNISHMENT: I dont quite remember the last time that Fremantle won a game comprehensively. Sure, the 29 point win against Brisbane in Round 3 was good, but if they really want to prove to Gold Coast that they should be respected, they not only need to beat the Suns, they need to smash them. You would think that anything under 30 or 40 points will be a disappointing result for a team looking to lift the laughing-stock tag off its back once and for all.
LEE SPURR: I can see this player doing some great things, and not just because I like the way he looks! 😀 Spurr is a bigger bodied, mature age rookie who looks like he would be able to slot right into the team and run around in any position from full back to half forward. Im hoping he can pick up a bit of the ball and stamp his case for more games.
