Fremantle v Hawthorn (May 19, 2012)

MCPHARLIN V FRANKLIN: Luke McPharlin against Buddy Franklin is probably going to be the match up of the round. Not many players can boast that they finished a game against Hawthorn leavingFranklin goalless, but McPharlin is one of the few league defenders with that accolade on his belt. Based onFranklin’s form and the milestone, he needs to put in the effort of his career to limit the Hawk forward’s impact.

LEE SPURR: Has relished the chances given to him since long-term injury allowed him a stint off the rookie list. After a few touches to find his feet against the Gold Coast, Spurr returned against Port with 20 possessions across half back that provided some much needed run through the midfield. If he can do the same tomorrow, he could be a make or break player for them in a close game.
